For adults
The Shinka and Talmi methods offer a gentle, body-centered approach for adults, enhancing posture, freedom of movement, breathing, and body awareness. Through soft exercises and mindful touch — without pressure or force — the body’s natural ability to self-regulate is activated. Each session is tailored to the individual’s unique needs, mood, and rhythm, allowing space for deep relaxation, release, and reconnection with the body.
A Holistic Approach for Adults
The Shinka and Talmi methods address the adult body with the aim of restoring natural balance and releasing pain, tension, and physical limitations.
Holistic Method for Pain Relief
Hip and pelvis correction
Body alignment
The Shinka method focuses on correcting the alignment of the pelvis and hips by working with the body’s axes and center. It is effective in cases of pain (such as back, knee, or sciatic pain) and general discomfort (including difficulties with digestion, breathing, or sleep).
The Talmi method awakens the body through gentle movement and touch, without pressure or force. It gives space to motor memory, softly activates the muscles and joints, and cultivates a new sense of freedom and connection with the body.
We do not focus solely on the symptom but observe the overall quality of movement, breathing, and bodily presence. Each session is tailored to the individual’s needs, without imposition, respecting their pace and boundaries. Through continuous observation, gentle interventions, and guided exercises, we help the body activate its own natural self-regulating abilities.
We accompany the body with care, attentiveness, and respect, allowing it to remember what it means to move, breathe, and exist with ease and a sense of wholeness.
