Talmi-Method® is a system originally designed by the engineer and physicist Moshe Feldenkrais (1904-1984) and named after Alon Talmi, a student of Feldenkrais, who developed it and organized it into sessions. Later, Martin Gruber added elements from other similar approaches to the Talmi-Method® such as Rolfing®, Feldenkrais, ZenTriggerpoint Anatomy®, Zen Bodytherapy® and Japanese osteopathy to adapt it to the performing arts and the high demands of stage work.
This method is already being applied with great success in leading acting schools in Europe, in the practice of performing and martial arts, in the training of speech and kinesiology. It can be practiced either individually or as a complement to any other approach that aims at the alignment, movement and personal development of the body. It is carried out in individual or group sessions.
